Depending how many sheets you want to laminate it may be worth the while to pick up a machine yourself. Or maybe split one with some other players. I got a Scotch brand for $25 and it came with a packet of sleeves. I ended up getting a larger bundle of thicker sleeves.
That seems like a great long term idea. TBH I’m trying to avoid collecting yet another appliance, but yeah if I was doing a lot of mechs it would be a savings.
I got it back when I first started playing Malifaux to laminate the character cards. It has served me well for many games and I have laminated many record sheets for BattleTech customers (I now own my own LGS).
