Unfortunately, neither article answers seemingly critical questions - most obviously, why the NLRB cares about this at all. When I was fired over a decade ago from my job as a grocery store clerk, there was a 0% chance the NLRB would care. So why this case? How is it relevant to them? Seems like we’re missing details.
