Cities would take ownership of the sports teams that call them home after the billionaire owners bitch about not being able to afford them anymore, even though the top tax bracket still wouldn’t be paying a higher rate than the lowest it ever was from 1945 through 1986. NIMBYs would get BTFO and the cities would have more affordable housing. Homelessness would recede. Poverty would decline.
