That’s within the estimate of thousands that almost every news article about this puts the number at. Did you confuse 4000 for 400 000?

You yourself posted the article that says “thousands” (Not tens of thousands, like you said in the title. Like I said, not sure if you made a mistake or the title was changed). Every other article about this that I saw has the same estimate of “thousands”. 4000 would be 1% of the organizer’s estimate of 400 000, which seems well, quite high in comparison.
