The relationship between Russia-China and the US-Israel basically boils down to the same phenomenon as fascist infighting. They’re just strengthening each other and filling the vacuum of the world where there could be any possibility of generating anything else. It’s not multipolar, just adding to the same failed right-wing hellscape polarity everywhere
