I have yet to play this game. Are there stats attached to gear or is it purely aesthetic?
Everything is pretty much purely aesthetic since the 2.0 update.
And it’s fantastic for anyone who stumbles on this thread.
It is SO GOOD. I think it’s now one of my favorite games of all time.
Some gear gives minor stat boosts. Netrunning suits give quickhack damage resistance, gas masks give toxin damage resistance and some body armor gives you a minor armor buff but for the most part clothes are athstetic only. This helmet provides 5% blast damage resistance.
