I have a subscription to Midjourney AI and a new found love for this community. Recently exited reddit and glad to be aboard this ship. Leave a reply with one word or name from Star Trek of something you want to see in a picture. The top 10 upvoted responses will be used to create an image. I will post said image tonight after work and we can see the truth of our beautiful minds.

The mod is making up rules and I didn’t leave reddit to deal with this shit. I’m deleting my posts and won’t post here again. I thought this was a place to have fun and be free. The cake was a lie.

          I read the Info for this place and it says “There are no real rules–just don’t break the weather control network.”

          Has that changed?

          Edit: Actually forget it. I just won’t post here. I don’t want to spend my time following rules that don’t exist.

            Nope, there are no official rules here, but that doesn’t mean everything is going to fly.

            If there’s one thing I hate more than low effort content, it’s low effort content algorithmically generated by scraping the internet and stealing the work of actual artists.

                Buddy, the fact that you removed “algorithmically” when you quoted me does not mean it wasn’t important to my statement. The difference is when an actual human does it, there is time and energy – even if minimally so – expended to communicate an idea. It is a transformative work.

                An algorithm doesn’t have any ideas to communicate, and neither does the person using it, because if they did they would do so, as opposed to letting a machine spit out some trash and talking about how amazing it is.
