San Francisco: Man who crashed car into Chinese consulate shot dead

Police in San Francisco said the unidentified man was killed after officers arrived at the scene.

Well yes, but I’m not aware of any outliers and I don’t think this is one of them.

Though my statement stands true still, for the commenter I replied to assumed it was always the case.
