I love how the Grad rockets start going off randomly.

Imagine being in range of the enemy and manually and individually unboxing and loading ~40 rockets. And in this case from an uncamoflaged pile on the ground, easily seen by reconnaissance drones. You’d think they’d have come up with a quicker reloading system like the M270/HIMARS but Russian logistics…

HIMARS pod already has a nice, logistics-friendly boxy shape and probably has little overpack. grad takes 40 rockets, and they come one per box. (it would be more precise to compare HIMARS and Uragan, but Uragan is not reloaded in field anyway) 152mm ammunition comes one per box (with propelling charge), 122mm comes two per box (also with propellant). compare that to western 155mm packaging: four shells, fitted with transport adapter, screwed into one plank, strapped together to get a pack of 12? transportable by forklift, same logic works for 105mm, even transport lugs are the same. propellant is also palletized - they come in light tubes with squared off ends, itself stacked into neat boxes. no brass necessary for 155mm, unlike 152mm. russian military logistics has remained basically the same as in ww2. i think they’re supposed to fill some of these boxes with dirt and use them as a kind of barrier, but there’s too many to use them all

In addition to the solid cookoff on the Grad, it looks like the strike got a pair of the crew!

Yes, they are still standing between the Grad and the ammunition pile when the round hits. Plus it looks like an M30A1 air burst so they’re probably swiss cheese even before the explosions.
