People in the UK are being warned they need to watch out for a number of key dates before the end of 2023 - or potentially miss out on important help with the cost of living. There are a host of schemes from the Department for Work and Pensions [DWP] and HM Revenue and Customs [HMRC] which are set to come into action before the end of the year.
