Hi, Used to help people in the reddit debian sub with debian technical questions, how to, troubleshooting etc. See not a lot is happening here but happy to assist anyone if they need help.
Nee to the app so unsure if you can tag users but post a wuestion and I will check in each day.

Great move :)
I used to love the debian community on reddit. I use arch on desktop and debian on servers, however the arch community was a mixture of few really smart people and lots of angry people.
Loved how in the debian sub everyone was quiet and helpful without making a fuss. It felt like a really friendly community.
I’ll chip in wherever I can too in helping people out.
That is great thank you. That is appreciated.
Arch has a great wiki and I began working on a wiki for debian as well since I could see how well it worked. Its not as good but still has some useful stuff.
Arch has a much more extensive wiki cause that’s the official documentation.
Debian has lots of documentation, too. Just mostly not in the form of a wiki, but manuals. I feel they are often overlooked and under-appreciated for the level of detailled info they contain.https://www.debian.org/doc/

https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/debian-reference/But there’s a wiki with more general info, too. Mainly for new users:
