this has always been such a screwed up concept. I wish i could just say in my resume that “my experience is competitive”.
For real though. I can’t believe it isn’t even enforced everywhere. Luckily in the US if you are looking for jobs online some states require it so you are at least able to find a range usually
Yes, but some companies provide a useless range like “$40,000-200,000”.
