        And further down, the real reason: they want neighboring cartels to pick up the slack of fent manufacturing so the DEA will eliminate their rivals for them

      It doesn’t make money to produce a product that kills your customer base quickly. Killing them slowly is what the cigarette industry does. Get the customer to purchase over and over again.
