I do. Not everyone knows everything, most people just think they’re cool looking cars. I like some of the features they have (but have seen enough to not buy one myself if I ever lived in a world where I could afford one). I don’t think we’re going to get anywhere by victim blaiming, Tesla is a consistently shit company with consistently shit customer service, but not everyone is aware of that.
