The Finger Lakes is the last region in the state to gain approval for such licenses, according to the Office of Cannabis Management.

    I’ve been watching this retail roll out from afar (I have not lived in the area since 2001, but still got loads of family there), and the retail license thing looks to have been poop show. My State legalized rec the same year as NY, and we almost swamped with retailers.
