Ups and downs. Pulled my shoulder swimming yesterday. Saw a doctor today, come back in a month let’s see if you still have a problem.

On the whole good things, positive vibes, good outlooks

You got a doctor’s appointment that quickly? Well done!

I thought swimming was meant to be a ‘safe’ exercise (drowning excluded)

Oh, the swimming soreness and the doctors appointment are not related … haha sorry for being confusing, just two things I delt with today.

I usually can get a doctors appointment in 1/2 days - same day if im not picky about which doctor i want to see. Unless I go to a government hospital, then it could take weeks (months).

Swimming is low impact, but I haven’t exactly had a life of stretching out all my limbs, so some of those tendons and ligaments are going to take some time to give me some slack.
