    This is so wild I love it! 1,000 counters?!

    If you play this on turn 1 it’s actually a pretty decent wincon without much support. At the risk of embarrassing math: just playing 2 lands and this card (and activating it t2 and beyond) would be:

    Turn Counters EOT Notes
    1 0 Play land and this
    2 4 Land and this untap (2), then double (4); play second land
    3 14 2 lands and this untap (4+3), then double; assuming no more lands
    4 34 3 untaps (14+3), then double
    5 74
    6 154
    7 314
    8 634
    9 1,274 Double to 1,274 and win

    Ways to untap this thing obviously help a ton, but more permanents actually don’t seem to decrease the clock at all.

      Could be pretty decent in Limited tbh, this set looks slower than WOE so 8 or 9 turns is not that uncommon
