        Then that’s what they should have done. Each episode is one of the testimonials from the book.

        I liked the book a lot but never saw the movie after hearing it had very little to do with the source material. The way it was written is what made it so unique

      As the book is a compilation of testimony from people who survived the WWZ, it would be a weird movie.

      I read the book first, and the only thibg I found cool in the movie, was when they fly over India and Pakistan and we can see the nuclear bombs.

      Then the ending they planned first, was much more darker.

      I doubt they could properly translate to film the sheer mind numbing cringe that was the blind anime ninja monk part. Or the idiocy of the Battle of Yonkers part. The zombies were so lame that he had to go into overdrive making the military so ineffective that the whole thing turned into cringy comedy.

      Some parts were good though
