The new persistent “Back to the top” and “Comment” buttons are really annoying me… Is there a way to disable them?
Still, I think they’re a useful feature, but they shouldn’t always be visible… Maybe only on up-scroll? Some apps do that with navbars, for example. I think that would make the scrolling experience better, since the buttons would still be easily accessible without using up screen real-estate while scrolling.
Mentioned this in another comment, but this will be addressed in the future! Functionality is being worked on to reduce or remove Floating Action Buttons from where they’re currently used, and getting down to no more than one per page is in the works :) you can follow progress on this on the GitHub page if you’re so inclined!
