I wanted to hike on our trip, but I told my travelling companion I was worried about bears. He laughed, but within 3 minutes of entering the valley floor we looked across a field and…bear!

If you’re trying to find a bear in this pic, you won’t. This was taken after I insisted on driving down the road a bit to get away from the bear and we did get in some good hiking on that trip.
