We have (had?) a bill (SB 846) that is/was supposed to give us legalization, but it was introduced in July and I cannot find any updates on whether it has even been looked at by anyone since it was introduced.
We’re still waiting for medical to move into the modern age, as well. SB 835 and SB 538 both passed but latest I can find it’s it’s stuck at the Appropriations Committee.
