      Now I’m curious. A lot of inmates have no next of kin to complain. If they went missing… who would report it? Who would know? Sounds like a pretty big cash grab.

      An owner of a prison has a vested interest in hiding as many corpses as is feasible. So much so that they might even be tempted to create a few.
