The attorney general of Indiana is going after this doctor for preforming a legal abortion on a 10y rape victim. The child had to travel from Ohio, where it was illegal. It’s illegal in Indiana now, but legal when it was preformed. This doctor has to waste her time and money to defend her license for proving legal care to a child rape victim. (Edit: I must mention they’re not trying to prosecute her for the abortion, it’s some related stuff about patient privacy, but it feels like they’re trumped up charges. I am not a lawyer)
(I also don’t get what they are getting out of this. The cruelty is the point I guess. Doctors need to get in line or get got.)
