Need basic features for business VOIP for main use with desk phones(yealink branded). Not interested in softphones right now, AI services etc.

Want to check for options, but not seeing a lot of options sub $15 other than zoom phone or Google voice.

Location: California ~70 users and 20 lines to port. Maybe 100 extensions.

You can get sub 1$/user with voip.ms. Just need someone who can set it up. For 60 users, I have seen sub 1000$ setup fee. Almost all Yealink phones are compatible.

100 extensions even at $10/each is $1000/month. You can buy a small on-premises system for less than that and pay for the all sets with the monthly fees from month 2 and 3; then you can subscribe to the VoIP carrier of your choice for next to nothing and not be beholding to anyone, even add a good ole copper POTS line or two as backup diversification in the event your Internet isn’t working. Seems like this is clearly a case where paying per seat gets pricey fast.
