First that comes to mind is David Boreanaz. He had Buffy, then Angel, Bones, and now Seal Team. Seal Team had to move to Paramount Plus, but he’s been consistently working as a lead television show actor since 1997. The man has basically never been a lead on a show that didn’t make it to at least 5 years.
