    The 14tg amendment is pretty clear here.

    While there are few people who want Trump off the ballot more than I do, the judge makes a pretty convincing argument here, at least on the part that the 14a, by explicitly calling out numerous important positions that you are barred from holding, but not explicitly calling out the POTUS, that it’s not included as part of it. I’m a little less convinced by the argument that he never took an oath to uphold the COTUS, but can see the reasoning here.

      Except to be president, you have to swear exactly that, it was live on tv, at the US Capitol building. So there is no there in that argument.
