As in lots of water slides as a way around, pools for the splashings (or whatever you call a watery landing), and in general whatever else a water park may have going on.

i’ve never been to a water park, but I know the horror stories surrounding them…Let’s just imagine somehow those are addressed here.
Venice is pretty popular, and uses canals instead of roads.
