Do you play video games with your spouse? What do you play together? Do you have coop sessions? I want to hear your stories.
My husband (40M) is a PC gamer. I (40F) have recently started playing coop games with him. I’ve tried playing in the past, but I never get very far due to the intensity in most of them. Recently, we started playing co-op games together so he can help me out while we play, and I can actually enjoy the game. I was just curious what other couples play and if you have any recommendations for us.
PC games we’ve played in co-op: Splinter Cell, Breakpoint, Green Hell, Astroneer, Grounded, and we just started Icarus. *The only one we truly finished together is SplinterCell and most of Breakpoint.
Yes, on occasion, however we have very different gaming styles and tend to frustrate the hell out of each other!
He is very organised, spends time organising inventory, planning, if it’s an automation or city builder everything he builds is precise.
I am more on the chaotic alignment, I just wanna get in there and start blasting, you know? All my bags are a mess, my cities and builds are a mess, and I get very very bored waiting for him to do his admin in between the action.
We tend to play solo these days, or with like-minded friends at least haha
