I have a Cisco 8851 and it is a free phone (SIP capable). Which VoIP provider is compatible with this device if it is a free phone?

I also need help with the installation/pairing to this device.

Any provider that allows you to enter their credentials into the phone to register to their service. No idea where in the world you are but there could be thousands of providers.
