Balan Wonderworld that we keep calling Balan Wonderland because it would make more sense, but the title is just the tip of the iceberg 🧊 it’s the gift that keeps on giving it has Neil Breen x The Room vibes if you like colourful cartoony platformers like a hat in time or hell pie, but want every button to do the same thing and want jump to be a special power that you need to unlock then… this masterpiece will keep you interested oh and there is lore! it’s an ebook you can download because nothing gets explained in the game itself 😀

EDF 2017, the voice acting is just amazing and the janky bugs waddling everywhere are just a sight to behold

Never had the pleasure of playing it, but Mandalore Gaming’s video on it is probably the best video he’s done. In fact nearly every one of Mandalore’s videos features games that would be perfect answers to OP’s question 🤣

Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing. Can’t go wrong with broken and non-existent physics.

Any of the Matt Dickie games, started as PC and mobile releases and now he has his wrestling game on Switch. Even with the weird animations, the sometimes slow speed, and the graphics that look out of the 90s, they all have their charm.

Super City is the best superhero game on mobile unironically because it’s the only one that even attempts to be an open world superhero sandbox despite being 2D.

Wrestling Empire is the best wrestling game on Switch despite its goofy nature and weird, bad graphics due to actually just trying to be fun while WWE 2K18 was a colossal fuck up.

If you just look up gameplay you would probably assume these games are all shovelware or asset flips, but they aren’t. The combat is weirdly fluid in a way that makes it obvious this one guy has been iterating on it for near two decades now.

I was going to say Wrestling Empire as ive never played any of his other games. It’s janky, ugly, and at its core a terrible Wrestling game. But I’ll he dammed if it isn’t the most fun I’ve has playing a Wrestling game since HCTP. No other game let’s you throw 40 dudes in the ring with 100 sticks of dynamite that blow everyone up, injuring and killing some.

I see people praise it as the best Wrestling game ever made, and I have to strongly disagree. However, is it one of the most fun Wrestling games ever made? Easily

Don’t know how recently you played it, but you can now also do Street Fighter moves. Straight up tornado kicks and lightning kicks. Even a spinning bird kick. What other wrestling game would even try this?
