I’m glad there are people that enjoy it but to me it feels like recycled Skyrim or fallout both games that are already dated. They completed failed to capitalize on what should have been the best aspect of the game. Space exploration
It’s a major step down from fallout and Skyrim in most respects too. Named unique items being replaced with randomly generated legendaries was a really bad decision for example.

Well no, the big problem is that Starfield doesn’t pick a direction.
They somehow ended up with 1,000 worlds full of repetitive space pirates and duplicate buildings.
That neither scratches the “wow space is desolate” itch, nor the “wow space is full of cool stuff” itch.
It just leaves you unsatisfied no matter what exploratory mood you’re in.
