A lot of people main nintendo. While I do collect for it, its secondary usually since the popularity keep prices high and stock low.
I was lucky enough to be into it before every one was. Back when NES games were just old hardware people wanted to get rid of cheaply. I could never reasonably replace my collection now with market prices.
Same here, old gen collector, then the pandemic happened and prices skyrocketed.
