I like how Star Trek chose to at least Macguffin the physics with the “inertial dampening fields” in the ships. Because it’s not the speed; it’s the sudden stop that’ll get ya.

I personally subscribe to the idea that he literally just dies when a super sneezes on him, but, comics aren’t about sensible physics.
Tony would be nothing but puree inside of that suit after some of the maneuvers he pulls.
