What genre of game would it be?
Zombie survival. There’s really no good options besides Project Zomboid
Action adventure game set in old japanese era with Sakura trees, traditional clothing and samurai.
A huge survival game but like really realistic and mmo. I’ve wanted to make this for a long time.
Army managment of Total War
Diplomacy and Politics from Paradox games
FIrst Person from Bannerlord
But better AI
An open world survival, where your objective isn’t just to survive or complete contrived quests. You have a main general objective, eg: escape, defeat evil overlords, etc. This main objective compels you to build/explore/fight. But how you ultimately succeed, has not been pre-ordained by the dev’s, you use your own wits and the sandbox world to succeed.
Big Anime Tiddies
If I could create something like old school RuneScape with the multitude of skills, time investment, and social aspect, but with the graphics and other qualities from games like elder scrolls online (one of my favorites) where there were dungeons and trials/raids you could do with the comprehensive zones and cities…. I’d never NOT play the game.
With lots of titties
Fantasy shortstack dating game or space station management sim game
The bones of WoW have always felt so good, I have always hoped for a lift-and-shift to other IP’s.
Space, Samurai, Cowboys, Vikings, Romans, etc.
Driveclub 2
Turnbased, dialog heavy, isometric rpg. But placed in a modern (or slightly cyberpunk) world. Like a mix between Baldurs Gate 2 and xcom (without BG3’s focus on object interaction and creative problem solving).
I’ve wanted to make this since the D20 Modern rulebooks was released. Haven’t managed it yet, two decades later. I suck.
A soulslike friendship simulator!!
Imagine fighting for dear life, barely surviving, then hanging out with your friends over some pizza afterward. Except you’re an introvert so that wouldn’t happen irl.
Bubble shooter
I’d basically recreate Urban Chaos Riot Response, but with more weapons and more gore.
