I’m looking for a cheap way to develop and scan 35mm film rolls. Is there anywhere that will do this for cheap (preferably under $10 a roll) and does not have to send back the negatives?

Unless you’re going to get everything drum scanned right off the bat (which won’t happen for ten bucks a roll), do not give away your negs.

I always send my film to Matt at Memphis Film Lab (.org not .com), he has a “Grandmas Closet Special” at $7/roll developed and scanned if you have more than 10 rolls. This bulk price isn’t necessarily restricted to old film either, you just gotta send 10 rolls at a time 👍🏻
