Assuming you are opposed to all theocracy equally, may I sugest the vatican as a starting point, they have the weakest armys and they have the least area to control l, agian, assuming you are being consistant.
I’m entirely consistent. All theocracy is bad. All of it. How by times do I have to say this? I don’t pick and choose. Religion in any state-run entity needs to go. This is the inherent problem with humans - they want to bring their religious opinions with them.
