This will be Kanye’s second album he’s the main producer for. The first album he’s done this with since College Dropout. There is no universe where this album is actually any semblance of good. Jesus is King was solely held together by Mike Dean.
If you want more modern Kanye music, listen to the newest FKA twigs album. Some of the synth melodies feel like they were taken straight from 808s and Heartbreaks, others have a cool Donda esque sound to them.

Not to pick a fight with everybody, but JiK is easily his worst record and it’s not close and now I’m blaming Dean.
Mike Dean was the only good part of Jesus is King tho. Like Kanye has 2 albums he didn’t make with Mike Dean, so JiK being bad isn’t his fault.
