    EVALI was determined to be caused by Vitamin E Acetate which was a flavoring additive used in some illegal THC vapes.

    It wasn’t even a flavoring additive. It was sold under the name “Honey Cut” and was used to dilute cannabis oil to rip off customers. That’s why it never showed up in the legal market.
