    Still wrong. You have to keep stating that you need your legal council, even after your first statement.

    For example, after having stated it once

    “Officer I’m happy to comply with whatever lawful action you need, but I will answer questions with my legal council present.”

    I strongly recommend having a dashcam with an auto upload feature.
