    I went to skyline once and it’s the only time in my life that I’ve ever had the thought “this is entirely too much cheese”.

    I grew up in upstate NY, for me a coney is a white polish hotdog.

      This is a hot dog with Cincinnati style chili and cheese on it

      (Cincinnati chili is arguably not chili at all, more like a meat sauce really. But it’s perfect for this)
