I have a friend who, whenever the subject of these like Destiny comes up, just goes on a screed about how it’s ridiculous they are allowed to have any public presence at all, that they should have been banished a long time ago and no one should listen to what they have to say. I tend to agree.
Grifters would carefully recalculate their behaviour because they just want to make money not become actual political targets of possible violence. Some of them wouldn’t adjust anything because they’re ideological true believers but the vast vast majority of these people are in it for grift not for any real actual political commitment.
