Oats and nutritional yeast, whatever spices you want, maybe some grounds flaxseed to make it fatty. Kinda minimalistic, I make a similar Mac and cheese with quinoa and nooch

    Thank you for the positivity! I am definitely more about function (health/taste) over form but I have always enjoyed straight up dry oats
