Then western aligned comprador media groups and NGOs all get ahold of the random death and start to weaponize it for their own agenda. Western mainstream media picks it up and perpetuates it. CIA calls in their favors with all their assets within Iran to start pushing discontent. It’s not that complicated, it’s what happened in Hong Kong. You sound like a credulous liberal
