    FYI for federated subscribers - Kbin has been a bit patchy the last few days due to some upgrade work, which may be why this magazine has been a bit quieter than usual. Hopefully it’s all done now and we’re back to normal.

    There are two things that I want to see liberal activists influence. First, getting as many people to vote for Haley in the primary. She won’t win the nomination, but she can delay Trump’s inevitability. Forcing his team to spend more on attacking her would be hilarious and effective. Second, I think we could sell Biden to progressives by explaining how Trump has halted the progressive movement, because as long as a MAGA candidate is running, the progressive candidates will have no shot. When the GOP runs a moderate candidate, it will siphon votes away from the Democratic primary. They would have a much easier time getting a Sanders-like candidate in the general that way. And that won’t happen unless the MAGA movement is dead for good.
