I searched high and low when this news first broke about which flag was flown. The media and police have been incredibly cagey about it. My theory is that they were hoping people would assume it was the Palestinian flag, which would lead to a drop in public use of the Palestinian flag at protests.
honestly I’m mostly shocked that anybody knows wtf the PFLP flag is lol. Can you really be guilty of hate propaganda if nobody knows what you’re flying???
