    9 months is heck of a long time, you should put it to good use.

    The basic set of thinking is what do you want to put your effort into. Staying on your feet for 9 months will in itself be a worthwhile effort to prove to yourself that this motherfucker stayed alive. Lot to gain as your brain gains from leaning into challenges

    Other option, if you suspect that might not be a realistic expectation, is to get to experimenting. There is hell of a lot to go through and you have to knock on all doors before you have an idea what helps. SSRI substances have months of comeup time and by the time you get in front a psychiatrist you might have an idea whether the most likely prescribed substance does anything to you.

    9 months is by no means some kind short patience game in the ER waiting for “medical professionals”. Its literally fucking leaving you in the desert. And you must act accordingly and get walking, there is no reinforcement coming.
