As someone currently going to school (and struggling) to get my real estate license, I would like you to expand on this. We don’t set home prices, that’s appraisers. We don’t approve loans, that’s the banks. All we do is help you find and purchase or sell a home for a small percentage, and there are tons of things we have to know to help you in the process so you don’t get screwed over or have someone pull illegal moves in the sale. How is this the fault of real estate agents?
