A house I rented in Epping for 5 years had the stipulation that tenants couldn’t use the shed either, so I had to store the yard stuff in the dilapidated sunroom, which I got complaints about because the lawn mower made it smell a bit like petrol. Couldn’t use the sunroom because of the massive holes in the roof, but it smelled like petrol so fuck me right?
