    Fairly frequently. Until I worked out that I was hitting my shins on my bike pedals every time I started off after a traffic light. One doesn’t bruise, but 3 or 4 in a row does create a bruise. Upper thigh bruises were desk corners at my office. Changed the way I move through space and problem disappeared. Arnica works.

      Desk corners are the devil. I suspect that was what it was but it’s just incredible how the memory seems to be completely wiped from my brain almost instantly.
