If it was obvious why didn’t the Court issue a cease and desist order like they did for Russia? Seems like they’d use the power available to them if the accusations were plainly evident wouldn’t they?

They did not issue any order to cease hostilities in the region. They did state Israel had to take all steps within their power to avoid a genocide which Israel has been demonstrating with roof knocking, texting, etc etc, Newsweek just wrote that out much more eloquently than I go read about it there, but they did not say stop your war or that their goals aren’t valid.

They wouldn’t against Israel, for the same reasons they wouldn’t against the U.S. if the U.S. did the same. I’m pretty sure the U.S. is violating international law ATM in regards to the border they share with Mexico, and I expect no action will be taken against them.

Wouldn’t surprise me but that doesn’t change the Court ruling. The censorship around this issue is why people are absolutely convinced of things that aren’t real. There are definitely mods that are part of that issue.
